This machine is mainly used for making Chinese traditional medicine, it can also be used for making, mixing, smoothing globate or grainy material in food stuff, light industry or chemical industry, for example: chocolate polishing, peanut coating, sugar adding adjust flavor etc.
This machine is made up of main body, worm wheel box, pot of sugar coating, heating equipment, blower and electric equipment, the motor wheel, worm, revolve by the triangle strap, the sugar-coating pot is revolving. Under the centrifugal force, the material roll in the pot up and down, so that the sugar-coat fixed, the sugar coating is made and smoothed.
Applications:
1.Sugar Coating Machine for sugarcoat the tablets and pills for pharmaceutical and food industries.
2.It is used for rolling and heating beans and edible nuts or seeds.
3.As its feature, the sugarcoating round pot is elevated with a elevation 30° to the horizontal, the heater
such as gas or electrical heater can placed directly under the pot. A separated blower with electrical heater
is provided with the machine. The pipe of the blower stretches into the pot for heating or cooling purpose.
The thermal capacity can be selected in two levels.
