The Bowl Cutter utilizes knives rotating under high speed in bowl to cut meat, vegetables, mushrooms, gingers to ground grains or mud and mix stuffings at the same time. 2. For Bowl cutters made in our company, the most reasonable combination of 3 speeds among bowl speed, rotating speed, discharging speed and the gap between cutter head and bowl, making uniform grains. 3. Rubber bars are installed at the back cover of pot to prevent any leak during processing or cleaning. 4. Two seals on axis of cutter to keep from corrosion, thus its life is extended and oil stains are also prevented outside. Sealing elements are easily installed or changed. 5. Gap is less than 2mm between cutter point and pot. Features: 1. Made by S304, with compact body, exquisite appearance and easily to clean. 2. Main parts are processed by precision casting to ensure accuracy of each part. 3. Waterproof and user-friendly, with panels meeting the IP65 security standards 4.
