ITEM: Brine/Saline Injector ZN-1180 Introduction: This Saline Injecting machine can finish the injection automaticly with high efficiency. All you need to do, is just concocting the proper saline according to your unique formular and put the meat on it. Just a while, the machine will give you well salted meat! Features: 1. Advaced PLC is adopted as well as touching HMI to make it easily operated. 2. The main drive machenism is using a frequency converter alternating current system to adjust the speed. Small starting current with good starting status. Injection times can be adjusted freely. 3. The machine can inject thick meat blocks such as whole chicken,duck and large meat block,etc.The injection needles adopts pneumatic spring mechanism,and single needle will stop moving down when touching hard materials such as bone,etc to pretect needles. The air pressure of pneumatic spring can be adjusted to make sure not to damage bone structure in raw material. Injection pressure and rate can be adjusted accoding to meat size and organization structure.The one time injection effect is better than many injection times by common injecting machine.
4. Pneumatic device is equipped to clean needles. 5. It adopts advanced servo conveyor belt transmission system,servo motor accurate and fast driving to make material move to position fast and accurate,the step accuracy is 0.1mm,and make injection uniformity.We design a fast-remove handle to make the conveyor belt easy to remove and clean.
6. Injection pump is made in Germany to have quick and efficient injections, which meets HACCP stardards. 7. The water tank adopts tertiary filtration system and match with mixing system to make material mixing uniformly and reach well injection effects. Properties
