This machine have three functions as slicer,grinder and lifter.This's a multifuaction machine.PLC transducer control,slice knife height is 40mm,sliced meat thickness is 20mm.Cutter head rolling cut,it can cut 40kg standard frozen meat block(-10°c≤T≤0°c) into sliced meat and different size minced meat,do a good preparation for Bowl Cutter's work or mixer's work.Because the meat donot need thaw,it can keep good tast and save nutrition.The multifunction machine also can grind fresh meat if only use grinder function.
